5 sets oil gas fired steam boilers are installed in Bangladesh textile factory, the fuel is natural gas, 3 of them are 20t/h WNS series steam boiler, and 2 of them are 7000KW YYQW series thermal oil heater. 

Why Choose WNS Series Steam Boiler and YYQW Thermal Oil Heater 

The WNS series steam boiler and YYQW thermal oil heater are used for different processes, steam boilers are used for ironing machine, the temperature required is 195℃, and thermal oil heater are used for printing and dying equipment, the temperature required is 230℃, thermal oil heater could reach a high temperature under low operate pressure (0.7/0.8Mpa), it is very safe, and energy saving. The burner used for the natural gas fired boilers are international famous brands, which has low NOx emission, high automatic degree, high combustion efficiency, and low noise. In fact, both WNS oil gas steam boiler and YYQW thermal oil heater could reach the both required temperature, but we recommended the customer to use steam boiler and thermal oil heater separately based on the characteristics of textile equipment, to maximum the thermal profit and save operate cost.
