Zhongding SZW series wood chips fired boiler is shipped to the Philippines, the boiler is double drum boiler with membrane wall, have the advantages of high thermal efficiency, low failure rate, and good steam quality. The combustion equipment is reciprocating grate, which is customized designed based on customers requirement. This SZW wood chips boiler could burn different kinds of biomass fuel, such as straw, coal, bamboo, bagasse, rice husk, and based on the fuel characteristics, the grate could be designed as moving grate, chain grate, and reciprocating grate. 

Characteristics of Wood Chips Reciprocating Grate Boiler 

1.The boiler furnace and combustion chamber is equipped with membrane water wall, decrease heat loss. 

2.The reciprocating grate boiler could burn inferior fuel with low low heating value or high viscosity, has high combustion and low fuel leakage, low black smoke. 

3.The boiler is equipped with large diameter double drums, the thermal efficiency is 5% higher than the original boiler.  

4.The biomass boiler adopts unique secondary air design, improve the ignition condition of biomass fuel, avoid coking and achieve high combustion efficiency. 

5.By equipped with economizer, make full use of exhaust gas temperature, increase thermal efficiency.
