1. The principle of ultra-low nitrogen burner boiler

Xinli ultra-low nitrogen boiler takes about 10%-30% of the flue gas (temperature about 170℃) at the tail of the boiler into the air inlet of the burner through the stainless steel flue gas pipe, mixes it with combustion air and enters the furnace. Thereby lowering the temperature of the combustion zone, and at the same time reducing the oxygen concentration in the combustion zone, and finally reducing the amount of thermal NOx generated, so that the nitrogen oxide emission in the flue gas of the boiler tail is less than 30mg/m3.

The returned high-temperature flue gas contains a certain amount of saturated water vapor, which will produce condensed water when it is cold. The use of stainless steel pipes and drainage pipes can prevent corrosion and extend the service life.



2. Precautions for low-nitrogen transformation of gas boilers

In order to help users reduce the cost of low-nitrogen transformation, users can transform their existing gas-fired boilers into ultra-low-nitrogen boilers. The furnace size of the boiler undergoing low-nitrogen transformation needs to meet the transformation requirements. If the size is unqualified, even if the fgr flue gas recirculation technology is equipped with a low-nitrogen burner, the transformed boiler cannot achieve ultra-low nitrogen emissions.

During the low-nitrogen transformation, the user needs to indicate the type of gas fuel used in the boiler, and our company needs to configure the corresponding low-nitrogen burner according to the type of fuel.
