The origin and development of biomass fuel

11/16/2021

With the increasing depletion of traditional non-renewable energy and the need for energy and environmental protection in the sustainable development of society, the world has seen a widespread upsurge in the use of renewable energy, represented by the "Energy and Biological Research Institute" of the University of California. The special research on the supply of raw materials for lignocellulosic biofuels analyzed the ecological environment and plant types around the world, and developed the use of inedible parts of plants or crops to produce high-efficiency, environmentally friendly and energy-saving biofuel products.

After decades of development in developed countries, many biomass energy technologies and devices have reached the level of commercial application, and it is easy to realize large-scale production and use of this technology. Now, the research and development of bio-energy technology has become a major hot topic in the world. Many countries have formulated corresponding development and research plans, such as the Sunshine Project in Japan, the green energy in India, the energy farms in the United States and Canada, etc., so it can be said that biomass fuels The degree of convenience is comparable to that of gas, oil and other energy sources.

After nearly ten years of technology accumulation, my country has ranked first in the world in its development capabilities in this field. In order to promote this technology and industrialization level, the Ministry of Science and Technology of my country issued the "National 863 Energy Technology Development and Industrialization in the Field of Biological and Modern Agricultural Technology". With the in-depth development of related topics and projects, my country’s bio-energy technology with independent intellectual property rights has been continuously improved in the application field, and the prospects are very broad.
