PRODUCT DESCRIPTION


Exhaust gas recovery boilers are the significant energy saving equipment, utilize the heat in flue gas from combustion processes or hot extract air from industrial processes to generate hot water or saturated steam. Otherwise, the exhaust gas boiler could be used in oil/gas fired combined cycle units, and take advantage of the high temperature flue gas heat discharged by gas turbine.

 
Generally, the exhaust gas boiler is installed in gas duct, generate steam by absorbing the flue gas waste heat, and decrease the exhaust gas temperature. Compare with the ordinary steam boilers, exhaust gas boiler do not burn fuels. It could change waste into wealth, has the advantages of energy saving and low production cost. Because of the flue gas temperature is relatively low when enter into the boiler , the heating area is much larger.

OPERATE PROCESS


Flue Gas:

The high temperature flue gas generated by waste material or waste liquid flows into the furnace, working medium inside the boiler will take it into the front and end smoke chamber in order, then high temperature flue gas becomes low temperature flue gas, and then discharged into the atmosphere through chimney.
 
Water:

Drum – Down pipe – Tube bank heat receiver – Riser pipe – Drum (water pump supply water after consumption)
