20t/h oil & gas fired boiler is used for textile industry, the boiler is wet back structure fire tube boiler.  The boiler is equiped with duel fuel burner. As the customer would like to use diesel as fuel, but sometimes the fuel could be natural gas as substitute fuel when there is short of diesel. So our engineer recommended customers to use duel fuel burner based on the requirement. Oil burner could burn light oil, heavy oil, diesel oil, furnace oil, bunker oil, or other similar liquid fuels. 

Oil fuel is atomized by a spray nozzle, and then injected into the combustion chamber. Generally, the nozzle is better to replaced frequently (every year), because of different problems of erosion or blockage. It is usually supplied with high pressure oil, based on the capacity of industrial oil gas boiler, the inlet pressure is various. Gas burner is a device that used to generate a flame by using a gaseous fuel, such as natural gas, city gas, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), etc. Gas fuel is injected into the chamber by spray nozzle. The inlet gas pressure of burner is different, for example, the pressure for 2 ton steam capacity gas boiler is about 8~10KPa, while for 4 ton capacity gas boiler is about 18~20KPa. Gas oil dual fuel burner could burn mixed oil and gas, pure oil, and pure gas. Adopts a variety of atomization principles, the size of spray nozzle is bigger, avoid the problem of coking and blockage. The burner has the advantages of energy saving, high combustion efficiency (99.5%), combustion sufficiently, and environmental protection. 

Moreover, the water quality is lower than the requirement, there are too much impurities within the water, our engineer urged customers to equip water treatment, or it will caused water limescale caused by deposited sand and mud at drum and header lower part. It destroys the water circulation, causes the tube overheated, deformation, pipe breaking and even boiler cracks.
