Thermal Oil Heater for Waste Heat Recovery Project in Glass Factory

The thermal oil heater is used for waste heat recovery in glass factory. The temperature of exhaust smoke is about 150℃~180℃, which result in energy waste. The high temperature could be recycle by using the thermal oil heater, to change water into steam by using the energy released by the exhaust smoke.

 
The waste heat thermal oil heater is different from the ordinary boiler, there is no combustion equipment and combustion process happened. Essentially, it is a heat exchanger of gas-water/steam. The waste heat thermal oil heater is composed of drum, adjustable hood, flue, charging chute, opening for oxygen, Nitrogen sealing device, manhole, micro differential pressure device, flue support and hanger,etc.
